AVON Training

GETTING PEOPLE STARTED

When you have a prospect who wishes to join AIM to get them started and order 200 brochures.

If the prospect is only looking to earn a small amount with AVON you MUST make them aware that if they only post the 20 brochures that come in the kit they will possibly get few / no orders, they will lose brochures, & may lose belief in the business before they get a chance to see how it works.

It's highly recommended that they knock & present their books, distribute to friends, Family, Neighbours, Work colleagues etc. etc. or do Party Plan

------------------------------------------------------

The next step is to send them the “WELCOME TO THE TEAM” message to confirm their Rep number and setup instructions
