It was great talking with you. Following our conversation, here's a quick description of
how AVON works and some links for you to have a look at.
Online Sales:
When you get registered you will get your own online shop.

It's already made for you with all the products on there. You will create your own unique
link to your store and you can then send that link to any contacts you have in the UK and you can share on social media, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram etc (we have lot's of training showing how to do this)
Anyone that uses your link and shops with you will have the products sent directly to them, so you don't need to do any deliveries, but you still get commission for those orders.
Brochure Sales:
Just distribute the AVON brochure (Latest brochure www.Web-book.co.uk) around Friends, Neighbours and houses around your local area. We leave them out for a couple of days then collect them back in and process the orders that come in from that. AVON will deliver the products to you and you then distribute those items out to your customers.
Your customers will pay you on delivery and you can then take your commission from that in cash and what is left you pay back to AVON to pay for the Products. Commission rates are 15%, 20% 25% or 30% depending on the amount you do.
We have people that just hand a few brochures to friends and family for a little extra cash, and we have people in the team that do over £8000 of retail each month (that's £600 per week income) and everything in between
You also get £250 of credit with AVON, so you don't have to use any of your own money to process those orders.
Team Building:
If you'd like to increase your income further, then you can share the opportunity with other people... We would help you introduce people to AVON and help them earn money working online, with the brochures and sharing the AVON opportunity.
Because you introduced that extra business to AVON, they will reward you with a royalty based on your team turnover, so you're not just getting paid for what you do but also for what your team does as well.
The income as a Team Leader is unlimited, the more people we help in your team the larger your team turnover and the more AVON pay you. However the large incomes do have to be worked hard for, but they are there to be achieved.
You have 2 kits to choose from:
- £10 Welcome Kit - 10 brochures, 100 order forms,
50 brochure bags an AVON True Lipstick
(or £9 without Brochures)
- £36 Ultimate Welcome Kit with 20 brochures, 100
order forms and 50 brochure bags. plus £130
worth of products (or £35 without Brochures)
Whichever kit you start with, you don't need to pay anything up front, the fee comes off the credit. Once you're appointed you have 13 days to generate orders/sell some of the products and earn some money before payment is required.
